Katherine Ireland has been amazing to work with. I feel that she genuinely cares about not just my pelvic health but my overall well-being. She has offered me so many ideas on how to take care of my pelvic health, and her physical trigger point release techniques are extremely helpful! My pelvic area feels amazing after my last visit - she took what I thought was itchiness or burning and just gently held on that spot and the discomfort went away! I was blown away by how much better my pelvic floor feels after that appointment. It didn’t feel terrible before, but it just feels so relaxed now! My hips low back and hip flexors feel like there is more space and I can breathe better. Truly amazing what she can do!

Very respectful, caring, helpful, friendly, and professional, makes sure that I am Ok with what she is doing, lets me know what she is going to do, and before she does it makes sure that I am Ok with everything, she explains everything to me, I just love the way she is and works.
