Katherine is always so sweet and caring. She takes the entire person’s care into account. She talks about my family & lets me just complain if I don’t feel well. She looks for the cause & not just the symptoms

Katherine is the best. She is always prepared, gives expert guidance, listens to our questions and concerns and always provides helpful answers. She never rushes through, and makes us feel that she has all the time in the world (even though her schedule must be a nightmare.) That she worked us in today to address our issues before we leave on vacation means so much to us.

Ms. Heideman was amazing she took her time to explain everything to me and my wife, from the start of my treatments and gave us hope that we can beat this! She had such a positive attitude that made us feel comfortable that we can talk to her about everything, she a remarkable person and you’re all so lucky to have her in your team, and we are very grateful to have her as our nurse.

Nurse Heideman is kind, caring and respectful. She takes her time in explaining everything in ways that are easy to understand. She is very friendly but very professional. She arrives on time, and well prepared for every consultation, whether face to face or by teleconference. But if she happens to be late, she is very apologetic. She is incredibly helpful in guiding you to choose the best and most appropriate option for treatment. She is very encouraging. What impresses me a lot is that she is not afraid to share her spirituality and faith. Her care is sincere and done with genuine love. NM should be proud to have someone like Ms. Heideman. Those of us who are under her care are blessed to have someone like her who is dedicated, qualified, and so genuinely caring.
