Dr Katherine Hanley is very responsible and listening to patient’s concern. With Dr Katherine’s effort, I get MRI appointment in a timely manner. Really appreciate Dr Hanley’s effort. She is also knowledgeable and ordered appropriate tests to address patient’s concern.

Despite the above mishap which I found unacceptable, I do feel Ms Hanley is highly competent with a good bedside manner. She was thorough in covering the necessary results and the path forward. Questions were answered thoroughly and the time allotted was quite ample.
