Dr. Fackler-Chapman gives you all the time needed to answer all my questions and explains my care in detail that is easy to understand. I feel like I am just talking to a friend about my medical needs. Provides excellent care and understanding.

Dr. Fackler-Chapman is calm, listens and gives the time needed to figure things out. She is friendly, caring and supportive. She has a way of telling you what you need to do that is more like a friend who cares... It is not demeaning or lecturing.

She has a great "bedside manner" and plainly answers questions. She doesn't make small medical problems into a big deal and isn't pushy with how to proceed. She knows what she's talking about, and I 100% trust her judgment.

Love her. Going to her for many years. She has such great bedside manner. She never makes you fell like you are pushed through so she can get to next patient. She listens to you and asks questions.

I rarely ever have a bad experience and I do not feel anxious or stressed when I have an appointment with her. She is patient, responsive, and makes me feel comfortable when I see her, and she gives me honest feedback to my questions without making me feel discouraged asking them.
