I've been with Dr. Fackler-Chapman for almost 20 years. I will stay with her as long as I am able. She is very personable, real, knowledgeable and just a great doctor over all! Only complaint is that it is hard to get in to see her, but when you have a great doctor everyone wants to see her so it's understandable.

I believe she has been my primary care physician for at least fifteen years, replacing a physician in St. Charles, IL who retired. We have good rapport. She communicates well with me when we have person-to-person encounters. She takes the time necessary in each office visit to explain and answer my questions fully. She listens well. I have confidence in her ability to coordinate and recommend steps that may involve care by specialist doctors.
