Dr. Carroll is thoughtful and patient, listening to all of my symptoms and concerns. She personally called me a couple of days after our appointment to follow up with me regarding my medication.

Dr Carroll and her staff are very knowledgeable and supportive. The office climate is relaxed and friendly (less common these days). I’m very fortunate to be under their care!

I had a great appointment with Dr. Carroll. She listened carefully as I described my symptoms after which she developed a plan for me going forward. She was extra patient with my questions and answered all that I had. I walked out of the appointment with a clear path of what to do/try next to hopefully start a better recovery. I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with neurology issues.

Can I say more than 10? Dr. Carroll spent at least two hours on my case, 1.5 with and my wife discussing things, answering our questions, etc., etc.. This was preceded by at least another half hour that she spent going over my records, case before even meeting with us. She is terrific.

Dr. Carroll is knowledgeable about so many neurological issues from migraines to brain stem gliomas to traumatic brain injuries; her experience is reassuring when dealing with such issues. Northwestern is lucky to have her.
