She is a warm,caring person who really knows her job. Unlike some medical people I had in the past (not here but in Cook County) she really cares about me and makes me feel seen and heard!

Kate Rotella, CNP is the best. She answers all our questions and I know if I ever have any after the visit I can reach out and get an answer. She is great with my 10 month old son.

The woman I spoke to I don’t remember if this was the doctor was very nice and appreciated her kindness, I haven’t actually had a primary care provider in a very long time so this is just a big change for me.

Katherine took time to go over my medical records with me. She pointed out something I was totally unaware of that should have been monitored for the last four years. I am now having tests done to determine whether or not I need to give it further attention.

She was super kind, patient, and friendly. She was very knowledgeable but able to break things down simply and clearly so I could understand. She explained things thoroughly and invited me to seek help again if things got worse. She also displayed empathy and understanding. I cannot say enough good about her.
