Katelyn is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She quickly reviewed our last visit and checked progress of my getting over the side effects from the [medication]. Because the combination of [mediation] and [medication] appeared to be working, we decided to resume the 40 mg [medication] and the [medication] infusions, but will monitor any further or return of side effects. Overall I feel this a good working partnership.

I’d give her a 15!! She has been a constant throughout my husband’s care. He is 85 and loves to talk. Katie maintains constant eye contact with him and really listens to everything he says. She answers all our questions. She is very well informed and very friendly as she maintains her professionalism.
