Very personable and kind, she did not rush us. She was prepared, having reviewed the chart in advance. She took time to explain possible causes for the issue. She showed a personal interest and took time to ask my husband what type of work he did before he retired

She listens. Is qualified/competent with information as all NWMH staff are, but can think beyond the standard process and answers. She is more integrated and real world practical application of medicine. Not alarmist, but serious and thoughtful. Exactly what one would hope to have in a Doctor. I feel i can lead my best life wisely because of her care and counsel.
