Knowledge, skill, personable, respectful, spoke to me like a person, was present and listened, took the time to explain things in a way I could understand, put me at ease- a completely different experience from my prior visit. Her technician/assistant was also efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous, something lacking with the last assistant/technician when I was seen on the 15th floor and she was rushed, rude, making mistakes, annoyed, and more concerned with leaving for her lunch break with another technician.
