Dr Ulstrup listens, and then provides advice and her recommendations are very helpful to me, as well as my wife. I highly respect her.

1. Cannot get an appointment unless months out. 2. Slow to answer MyChart - usually 3 to 4 days 3. Does not comment on test results. 4. Xrays were read over the weekend and did not forward until late on Monday. 5. Lost her ability to "care" - more mechanical. 6. Has too many patients and cannot focus properfly.

She is caring, competent, patient, and truly tries to get to the root of problems. Even when she is extremely busy, she takes time to listen to patients' concerns and explore options. Also, she always responds to MyChart messages with guidance and referrals when needed.
