I never feel rushed. She is a great listener and answers any questions I have thoughtfully and completely. I feel like she really cares about her patients and I always feel she is up to date with my file and history when she walks in the examining room.

Listens to all of my concerns and knows what I need to get done and explains everything in great detail on why I need to have certain tests performed. Also is very knowledgeable and has all the answers I need. Plus the follow ups afterwards are great too.

See above. Even after we moved to Hoffman Estates from Geneva, we felt bound to Dr. Catching and her Delnor / NWM circle of medical care. We enjoyed having her close-by on Randall Road and followed her to DISTANT Sugar Grove. (When she was at Randall Road, we did recomment her to neighbors and friends.

She is absolutely the best which is why I have moved clinics with her. She listens and then she responds with a ton of knowledge and experience. She always treats me with respect, dignity, empathy, compassion- as a person she cares about. On top of all of this person to person stuff, she has solved several health issues for me over the years helping me life my best and healthiest life. I would recommend her always, and do to my loved ones in Chicagoland. Thank you for providing such quality and personal care through Dr. Catching.
