Kara Clarke is a caring person, very good educator - explained diabetes in an easy to comprehend way, answered questions, listened to concerns, gave us handouts to refer to during class and at home in future. These materials also provided links to connecting with additional information as well to learn more about topics that might have been of particular interest.

I would recommend her to Care to anybody because she is caring and patient and wants you to be our Diabetic true and live your best life. She did not rush through the class. She answered every question thoroughly explain.

I’ve had diabetes for 20 plus years and have been seen my numerous providers. Although this was my first visit with Kara I felt as though I was her patient for years. Kara explained things to me that no doctor or dietitian has told me.

Kara Clark is an exceptional trainer! Her class is informative, well coordinated, and very pleasant to attend. I have learned more by attending her three classes and reviewing information in a healthy environment I am internally grateful I have learned so much that is definitely improving my life and my care each time I went to the class, I learned And dissected so many confusing things . Everyone should be taught by Kara. She has a wealth of knowledge for reaching an excellent at assisting with the dissemination of information. I am grateful to her and highly recommend her class to anyone who has diabetes. I am a firm believer, but knowledge is power. And I feel so much better About this disease and that I can now control my future . Thank you, Kara.
