I believe Kaitlyn Wright is an above average professional. She went about the biopsy with the attitude that the doctor and the patient 'can do this.' She orally gave me the post procedure directions, but she also had the summary, the written directions, for the visit, so I could have a record with me, in case I forgot what I was supposed to do.I got to say something about what I, the patient, was up to tomorrow. If I get the chance to share my story, then it's a personal benefit. On a tangential note, it is a breathtaking view of the lake from this office. Finally the doctor let me know that if there was an urgent result from the test, they would let me know. I appreciated the reassurance that Dr Wright gave me.
