Complete my dissatisfied with the fact Dr O’Malley’s contract was cancelled and all other physicians on the Bartlett office do not care for or cannot issue medication for ADHD neurological special needs children that were approved to be treated by the GP per the neuropsychiatrist from Amen Clinic. We lost that Dr due to her starting her own practice and not being able to take her patients from Amen Clinic. However, prior to leaving Amen clinic that dr provided notes that the GP could take the case and prescribe the necessary medication. Now we are being told that the Bartlett location refuses to fill my son’s medication after this visit and we need to find a new provider. This is extremely unprofessional behavior after us being with this practice for the past 6.5 years. We specifically asked if this physician would be able to treat a special needs child and I was told yes when the reschedule was being made. Apparently no one in the office researches this information or speaks to each other. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We will be looking for another provider as soon as possible outside of northwestern medicine and as soon as Dr O’Malley has his practice up and running we will go to him.

I am new to the area & engaged in this clinic to start with but hoping to get into my step-daughter’s PCP the next annual exam but now have no reason to change. I am happy to stay with Dr. Park!
