I told him I needed vaccines he said oh your chart looks update to me you don’t need any vaccines I haven’t had a physical in 22 years didn’t even have me takeoff any of my clothes or examine me for the most part told him about my back issues he ordered an x-ray and then told me I don’t have any back issues and then he recommends no further care at this time I have ankylosing spondylitis and spinolynitis
