My psychiatrist is the best! This time we talked about how drinking water helped me be less anxious. She looked up journals in PubMed that showed the same results I was experiencing. This encouraged me to keep drinking water.

Dr Spelman made something I was dreading for months, something easy enough to get through. Starting over with a new Dr is never easy. She asked the right questions so everything important was touched on. I waited over a year for this appointment and I was prepared to give a summary in 15 min or less. That is not what happened, I was with her for at least an hour. She was patient and showed me grace. I see why all of her patients recommend her, she is kind and takes time to listen. She included my opinion in my treatment plan from the moment I walked through the door. If you are on the fence regarding meds, she is the one you want to wait for.
