Dr. Tsay is very friendly, accommodating and kind. I have complete confidence in her professional capabilities. She excels at explaining complicated concepts in lay terms. She is one of the best doctors I have encountered.

Good, caring, and knowledgeable Doctors are rare to find some times. She is always concerned about my whole health, not just how my “ticker” is doing. Her vivacious personality always makes me feel positive and my Wife agrees with me.

She has such a wonderful bedside manner. I actually live a lot closer to the CDH facility but I have no interest in going there because she doesn’t go there.
