Really enjoyed meeting Dr Tsay today. She was so personable, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Explained all testing that had been done in a manner that was easily understood. I left feeling that I was in very competent hands and given good advice.

Dr. Tsay strikes me as highly competent. That is reassuring to someone with a history of cardiac problems. She is also congenial and caring. I could not ask for a better cardiologist.
