I was a new patient. Dr. Tsay introduced herself to me right away. She talked to me in a very calm & caring voice. She explained everything to me, including previous test results and was very thorough on Everything.

I felt like she had her focus on me the entire visit, snd did not take her focus off of me until i said I understood everything and all my questions had been answered. Her caring came through with how she spoke add answered my questions.

She listened to what I had to say... and heard me. She answered all my questions and was sensitve to my needs and concerns. She did not jump to a surgical solution and was very thoughtful about the future. She saw me as a person.
