She was thorough, patient, and understanding. This was my first time getting an annual dermatology checkup, and I was nervous. She explained what she was doing as she did it. I had problem spots I wanted to get checked out, and she kindly explained why I didn’t need to be concerned. She offered honest guidance on my questions, including some cosmetic concerns I had. She sat down and asked, “what questions do you have?� and made the time to hear me.

Dr. Mhlaba is kind and personable. She spent plenty of time addressing my concerns and didn't make me feel rushed. Her staff was also very kind and professional. I arrived early and was seen early, which is always very impressive when visiting a physician's office.
