Dr. Caicedo has spent hours dealing with a very unfortunate denial from my insurance. We haven’t succeeded yet, but he said he will never give up fighting for me to get the approval, and I really appreciate that.

He gave plenty of background and education on my case and presented me with all of the options available and clearly explained his recommendation. He didn't rush and gave me plenty of time and space to ask questions.

He is very knowledgeable, and concise in his explanations. He is direct and personable. Dr. Caicedo explanation of medical issues, treatment, and the recovery process is fact based and direct.

Living donor zoom class was too broad. He spent a lot of time talking about “imperfect donor livers” and the danger of waiting too long for the perfect liver to be offered. Since we were all there with a potential living donor, we were looking for more specific information for donors.
