Dr. Cahan listens and provides timely referrals that I can get into somewhat reasonably. He also is the only doctor so far that seems generally interested in follow up care.

They dont make physicians like him. He is not only thorough he is thoughtful of all parties involved in the patient. As a daughter taking care of my elderly mother he is the ONLY doctor of all her providers to ask how I was doing and reminded me that I needed to take care of myself too. He also provided such wonderful resources to review.

I saw Dr. Cahan as part of the Long Covid program. I've met with him twice. Both times he seem more focused on completing his research protocol than addressing my neurological concerns. Made me feel like a laboratory rat in his research project. He instructed me to make a 9 mos follow-up appointment when I had a video appt on July 19. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to schedule another appt.

I appreciated that Dr. Cahan included me via phone in his examination of my brother, who has memory issues and wouldn't have been able to correctly answer many of the questions. (I live far away. I am the patient's sister and health care and duralble POA).
