He came by before the procedure and went over everything and asked if I had any questions. Very nice, easy to talk to and as a result I felt @ ease.

As best as I can tell he was thorough. I received a preliminary report in less than 24 hours and a final within the time I was told to expect it. I was told what would happen, it was done then I was told the result of what happened. What more could be expected.
