He seemed like a nice doctor but did not speak a lot of engaging in conversation. It was my first time meeting him and the interaction was just a bit cold and forward.

He listens, compassionate, concerned and thorough. I have always felt he will spend as much time as necessary. At the same time we always feel he will give us as much time we need. Some how he manages to always stay on schedule. I've said it before and will say it again, he's saved both our lives more than once. He's also unpretentious.
