He was GREAT! Clear, sensitive communicator with obvious expertise as a cardiologist. I felt like I was in good hands immediately. He calmed my fears, answering my questions in a patient, clear manner. I knew I had an advocate during a time when I was most vulnerable.

Dr. Rich is a great guy as well as a great cardiologist. The quality of care he and his staff have given to my mom is excellent. He's also extremely patient and attentive to my mom, particularly, given her dimentia. I appreciate him immensely.

Dr. Rich was very empathetic, caring, kind, and helpful. He displayed concern for the patient’s health situation and is taking care and time to properly diagnose and prescribe the proper care needed. He actively listened patiently to the patient and spoke to her kindly; his manner was superior.
