Amazingly, no matter how busy, he always brings a common sense perspective and a great sense of humor as he partners with patients in building a healthier future.

I know Dr Baird for many years now. We go through the blood test, look at together where's we are improving, where do I need help and how to improve using multiple way possible. Feels very comfortable with Dr Baird and he does put focus where exactly it's needed. I feel very blessed
