An achalasia specialist - not going for the most POEM’s or HM’s - he actually referred me to both for their eval. Every single physician above was absolutely brilliant and know that this is simply my humble opinion… but Pandolfino saved my life. Hungness did a POEM (Northwestern) and based on where my issues were, an HM would not have done a thing.
