His questions regarding how I got my job as a Director of Pharmacy was insulting. His professionalism dropped 10,000 points after that. I don’t think that was appropriate and would not be appropriate for me to ask him the same question on how he got his job. I would prefer to see someone else if I need a Ortho.

It is truly always an honor to interact as a patient with Dr. Hefferon. Despite his great career accomplishments (which he never mentions), he is always completely focused on.my the patient. Also. A shout out to now nurse Margaret who I feel will go on to greet accomplishments as a Nurse Practitioner.

Throughout the years as Dr. Hefferon’s patient, I have received excellent care and advice. I am so fortunate to have him on my health care team. He listens to the patient’s symptoms, and answers questions to the patient’s satisfaction.

He has followed up on my claims of pain and discomfort that eventually resulted in approvals for surgical procedures that were successful and improved my life as an active athlete, remodeler and live event videographer. Without these procedures I would be unable to do any of these activities and jobs.
