Speaks loudly and clearly. Repeats assessment for patient/family. Very helpful for those with cognition issues. Looks at patient, respectful of older patients. Thank you, for that. Committed to patient beyond the surgical procedure. Understands the other levers such as therapy, to help optimize patient’s quality of life.

John did my neck fusion C5,6,7……22 years ago. Back then he told me that my back would be supporting my neck as it heals. Eventually my back would deteriorate. Well, now I’m waiting for John to do my back next week. I didn’t hesitate to have John to do my surgery. If you want the best, you go with it.
