Super doctor !! Always has ideas to take care of a problems as my disease progresses. Changes in medications & using genetic info to help finding alternate ideas, along with his great research skills & working Dr. Choi & Dr. Zhou who do research & oversee research projects with Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation. He is kind & concerned about me & my total health.If I have a new problem- Dr. Guitart will see me on Tuesday & an appt will be scheduled even if no appts were available. He also changes appts to accommodate me if I am going to see the radiation oncologist so specific suggestions for what to radiate are included. Then the radiation visit will be a meeting plus a planning session.

He is great in his work and understanding. But, i would like someone to listen to my concerns too which doesn’t happen during my visit. I barely can see him for 5-6 mins which I wish was a bit longer to discuss anything

I have a rare cancer that he specializes in. His approach is carrying being honest etc. he makes an instant connection with the patient and their family.
