Stated before when saying why I rate Northwestern Hospital as a 10. Hospitals by themselves do not receive high ratings unless they have excellent physicians and physician assistants. It is who works there that makes the hospital great. Jessica is a reason I love Northwestern Hospital. I would follow her wherever she would go.

Jessica took the time to listen. She Course corrected my visit, which helped a great deal as part of what I was scheduled for was not what I had expressed I needed when the appt. was originally booked. She’s thorough, patient, and very good at her profession
