She was amazing. Took her time to explain everything that was going on. Made sure I understood before moving on to the next item. Made recommendations and explained why she was,and what the expected result was she was hoping to accomplish. I have been going to Northwestern for over 20 years, and she was one of the few visits that I can say I left feeling understood and informed. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing her services
