She is amazing!!!! She makes my so feel comfortable, and jokes around with him, but still stays professional. She is honest with me about what she is thinking and says it like it is, which I greatly appreciate.

Where to start… seriously… she actually spends time listening and caring (qualities not too many people in the profession have these days unfortunately.) She’s sincere. She’s thoughtful. She’s intelligent. She figures it out. A lot of times medicine is a trial and error business. A lot of educated guesses. Some of us understand this concept. She’s fantastic at what she does. I can keep going on, but spend 5 minutes with her. If you don’t give her a raise, you’re ridiculous.
