Nurse practitioner seemed knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation, listened politely, and built good rapport quickly. I felt heard and left feeling more educated.

Listened to me. I just had gotten my at home Covid results that were positive and she pivoted. I was scared and very sick. She helped reassure me and prescribed meds to help me breathe better
