Very pleasant and engaging. I've been impressed lately with capabilities on your team that are not MDs but are very knowledgeable and available. Nurse practitioner, physician's assistant, etc.

Jennifer is an absolute gem. Polite. Patient and informative. She listened to my needs. Suggested a prescription that would help. Doubled checked the prescription. Then found a more helpful prescription. The first one may have been harmful for heart patients. That’s commitment. Thanks Jenny for your concern.❤️❤️❤️

Because she told me after phone visit that she will consult my primary care doctor and give me a call back, but I never heard back from her. She did not give me a solution on what to do about my health conditions.

Ms. Jennifer M.Eeisenberg was very proffessional and made sure all my concerns about high blood pressure and swellness of my ankle were resolved. I hope she will stay at Northwestern. She explains everything thoroughly and is very thorough.
