She was excellent at communicating her process and educating me throughout the visit. She listened attentively to all of my concerns and addressed each one. She was very thorough and proactive in recommending the regularity that would be appropriate for visits moving forward (given my propensity for potential skin conditions). Both areas that required urgent attention were dealt with expeditiously and with a wonderfully pleasant demeanor. It was a delightful visit and she is a wonderful doctor.Thank you!

Dr Shastry was friendly, thoughtful, and very knowledgable. I have a lot of freckles and she didn't make me feel bad about how my skin was treated when I was a kid (a lot of burns), but did give me helpful knowledge about what to watch out for in the future. I really appreciated her energy. Additionally, her nurse was extremely nice and upbeat. Always makes the experience so much easier!
