Jennifer is competent and thorough. She gave me a clear explanation of my hearing loss, noting it is slightly lower than normal, except for high frequency sounds.

Dr Hwang is extremely personable, responds quickly to inquiries, and takes the time to learn and address my concerns as well my wife's. My wife's voice falls in the range of my hearing loss and was the main reason for my coming in. Dr Hwang was happy to have her come with so we made sure I could hear her in different scenarios
