I have confidence in Dr. Gong. I know she is aware of my condition and is helping me to move forward, especially by switching my medication. Now is the right time.

Dr. Gong carefully reviewed my medication list to be sure the blood test I was about to have would not be influenced by any meds that I am taking. She checked my heart and discussed with me my symptoms of elevated heartbeat

on schedule with appointments, easy to talk with and quickly offers solutions to medical concerns and visible problems. On the other hand I feel hands on care could be better.

For me the appointment meetings are not thorough enough. With my previous endocrinologist there was extensive questions along with extensive examinations. Dr. Gong literally did not touch me! This was a consultation that should’ve happened virtually as opposed to me and my wife both leaving work early fighting through traffic paying for parking for two vehicles. There was not a lot of dialogue about any issues or concerns I had. Everyone Doctor included seemed to be in a rush to go.
