Jenna is a wonderful APRN! She listens to my questions and concerns and makes sure to always give me the best advice in how to proceed. She is very friendly and professional and I feel confident that I’m getting the best possible care from her and her fellow coworkers. The only downer is that it’s only temporary since she’s at the transitional care center! I would totally go to her permanently if I could! I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing transitional care!

I also rate Jenna gartz a 10 because Jenna really helps me to understand why I'm going there what I'm going through especially with the medication she explains them thoroughly to me so I know what they're there for and what I'm taking them for I couldn't ask for better help every time I leave I'm really happy with the way the doctors nurses and the whole northwestern team treats me

She listens to patient’s needs and does not try to push if patient is not comfortable. She takes a cautious approach and has good suggestions. She is on time, professional and takes good care of patients.

She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She was kind and empathetic and was not pushy with regard to medication and very reasonable to work with. Furthermore, she was supportive of the actions I have taken to address my high blood pressure and encouraged me to continue.
