Dr. Kravarusic exceeded my expectations for care delivery and Pt experience. She had researched my case, was well prepared and explained everything to me. She was extremely thorough and I did not feel rushed. She listened to my questions and accepted my input. She also cleaned up the Rx list on my EHR so that it met her expectations. I was impressed that she escorted me to the check-out. She also provided excellent guidance to her intern/resident throughout the appt as my case was a unique teaching case.
