Her surgical skill, affirming attitude and Encouragement/ request that I ask questions about my experience regarding my eye post surgery and the reminder to see the ER if there are unusual changes.

Professional services from the Dr. and the assistant were excellent. The wait time after checking in was 40 minutes which was unacceptable.

She prepared me for the procedure by telling me what to expect and answered all questions. Her demeanor on the day of the procedure was comforting and kind (likewise on the following day). Dr. Baqai was very efficient, professional, and personable.
