Gene is a complete professional when I started with her, I was completely lost with my diabetes. I went straight from being not a diabetic to a type 2 diabetic insulin dependent! Gene has made a road map for me with my food my exercise carbs sugars everything I could possibly need I trust her as much as I do my own endocrinologist! She's a real lifesaver and kind and gentle and understanding! She never thinks any of my questions are dumb! If Northwestern had more people like jean, there would be a lot less diabetes in this world or at least it would be more controlled she is a complete professional! She is wonderful highly recommend 100%
