Dr. Jason Primer is a great physician. As my primary doctor, he was able to recognize that something was not right with my health. He zeroed in right away of my problem with my diabetes. For over 20 years, I've been diagnosed a type 2 diabetic person. Dr. Primer suspected that I could be a type 1 diabetic person. So, he asked me to get a blood test to confirm exactly what I have. And the test results came back that I have a type 1 diabetes. I'm 71 years old and had been wrongly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes all this time. I know I'm on borrowed time now. I could have been gone long ago through some health complications. I am very thankful to Dr. Primer and just feeling very fortunate to be able to experience his expertise in his medical field. Since then, I've gained 35 pounds (152 lbs. from 117 lbs. 8 months ago) and my A1C this morning was 6.5 - down from 7.0 6 months ago.
