Great personality which gives her an extra edge over any surgeon that may not connect with patient. This attribute makes you relaxed and shaves multiple points off Ye Ol blood pressure readings ! Very explanative of procedure from beginning to end . She made you aware also of the negatives and downsides. By the time of this conversation the Doctor to patient trust was tops !
