Dr. Shen was fantastic today. She listened carefully and had a calm but alert demeanor. She was respectful and supportive. She made sure I understood everything and was excellent at summarizing all points when we were done.

This was my first time meeting with Dr. Shen and I loved it! She read my chart prior to appointment and referred to it throughout visit. She listened to all of my questions/concerns and made great recommendations/treatment plans as a result. I am so glad she practices at Northwestern and hope she continues!
