Doctor Shah is an amazing and dedicated Doctor. She sets the bar for patient care that other Doctors should strive to achieve. It is rare to have a Doctor who see you as an individual and takes time to understand you as a person.

I didn't really like her. She overexplained everything to the point of irritation. Her soft, overly mother-like voice is suitable for children but not me.I came in for a lump to be looked at on my arm, and she told me she wanted to consider a hand surgeon visit... before she ever even looked at my wrist! She overexplained why I couldn't use blood drawn and then changed her mind later as she talked through it out loud. Her impression for me felt like a doctor who will never have a true opinion, and I don't want that type of doctor.Her whole visit seemed backwards in approach. It is the first time I actually walked OUT on a doctor.
