Hanna was great. She came into the room very well prepared. She asked questions and identified a potential interaction with the medicine that she was about to prescribe. She quickly found an alternative and suggested a plan of action. The interaction was not spotted before by other practitioner when I was examined for the same condition. Hanna called me at the end of the day as she had promised to check up on me. She's a fantastic practitioner.

She was very kind, listened to all my concerns, and gave me answers to all my questions. She helped get me in contact with providers for the next steps in my care and made sure I had things I could do at home to help my condition in the meantime.

Hannah Beamer, APRN, CNP was great to talk to about dealing with Covid anti-virals as they relate to my current medical issues and the potential interaction with my current medication line up (blood thinner in particular). She was informed in her advice and focused on what I might choose going forward with a medication that does not have interaction with current medication. And she as clear about the five-day choice period for Covid anti-virals.

I have no reason to Give Ms. Beamer a low score. She called back to notify me of my results even though they were negative, which Northwestern told me they would not. so that's good.
