Dr. Shah accurately diagnosed my issue and gave me plenty of information about my next steps. He also took the time to talk about any other issues my Xrays may have revealed (good news - none!).

Dr Shah was polite and friendly. He was engaging, he explained my full diagnosis to me. He listened to my concerns and was flexible to my wishes with prescriptions. I was disappointed I could not follow up with him. Northwestern needs more doctors like him.
