He has done excellent work on my ankle and made sure to make me comfortable before and after my surgeries. When every other Dr told me I couldn't be fixed, he said he could fix me and he did.

The above, mostly poor communication that had therapists having me do exercises and the doctor freaking out about what I had been doing, difficulty in the hospital with communication with the medical team (I am not a complex patient and any reasonable doctor would be able to handle my case without hospitalists)

He did a great job on my leg/ankle. Because of him I have full range of motion and I was almost at the point where I could have lost my foot from this injury and for that I am grateful.
